Thanks for highlighting this. I must admit I am still slightly unclear as to what these 5 outcomes actually mean in the implications for our children in general. If the most uptodate legislation is section 10 of the Children's Act 2004 then I can't see how our rights as parents of the aforementioned children cannot be taken into consideration. Please if there is any more light to be shed on this issue please let it shine!
Good question, Lotusbirther. I agree the Children Act looks OK...I think it is PSAs and other policy stuff that has grown up on the back of it that makes it seem all the more ambiguous.
