Have to admit that I was looking at property prices in Scotland when the Badman Report first came out but I figure if we fight and fight and if the David Cameron is serious about all this talk of family and community, taking personal responsibility and getting government out of our lives. If he can promise to scrap ContactPoint and ID card, well he can damned well scrap EHE monitoring and all the rest of it. When he lets us down, or Labour gets back in {shudders} I'll move, although in the later case there's likely to be a stampeed not just of HEers!

    A consultation on "suitable education" was almost guaranteed, they need it to deliver Recommendation 2 and force a version of the National Curriculum and testing on HE children.
