Socialisation a Problem for School Children

Looks as if the opportunity to develop social skills in an unstructured, autonomous way will be taken away from the children who attend The Thomas Deacon City Academy in Peterborough, if this article from the Times is to be believed.

It seems at least a little unfair that home educators should have to defend themselves against the trumped-up charge of absense of opportunity to socialise when there are such limited opportunities in many school environments.

Thanks JFK.
