Outrageous Ignorance or Willful Lying?
...from the Border and Immigration Agency. You decide. Either way, it should erode one's faith in government institutions even further, (if that were possible).
Have you looked again recently? I e-mailed them last night to point out the error. Got a nice reply mid morning saying thank you and by 1:30pm someone noticed that they had changed it. How about that for service? :-)

Wow. Am almost beginning to wonder if government can be made to work in the age of the internet!
