That makes frightening reading. Does anyone know to which of the databases does, for example, the CSA have access?

I spoke to a CSA worker who said every person working there had access to information about every person in the country - where they lived and had lived since they were born. All any of them needed to do was enter a name and this information would come up. Whilst the CSA do a legitimate and often useful job, the potentials for corruption if they can all access this private information are enormous.
