If you've had problems signing, and many have, please do persist. It seems as if the site has a very inadequate server, but as long as you are not using the same email address twice, you should get there in the end.

SOOOO annoying. I remember trying loads of times on previous petitions. Thanks for persisting with it.
Yes 3 of my kids cannot sign it either. They have been trying for ages.
