Tim Yeo on Disproportionate Social Services' Intervention
Given that home educators are already regarded with a high level suspicion by many social work departments, it is not wonder that they are afraid.

How dreadful! The poor couple cited and how revealing that the council ignore protocol on revealing information.
This also confirms my suspicions about CAFCASS - it means mothers end up having to flee one way or another and give up on a relationship and the support with ex partners altogether rather than risk intervention; and, of course, woe betide some one wishing to home educate. It seems we live in a dreadful country...
